The School is equipped with basic medical facilities to address the medical needs of cadets. Qualified paramedical staff are available round the clock on campus.

In emergencies, medical services are also available at Manav Kalyan Hospital, located approximately 2 km from the School, as well as at other nearby hospitals. Regular health check-ups are conducted to monitor the health and well-being of cadets.
